Ed Sargent has been cooking professionally for 10 years. He has worked in some of London’s best loved Restaurants including J. Sheekey, Scotts, Moro & The Zetter. He has won awards from both the Michelin and Good Food Guides and has worked alongside the likes of Jason Atherton, Michel Roux Jnr., Gary Rhodes and David Sims at Restaurant Associates. He acts as The Beef Kitchen’s Head Chef and Manager, training ex-Service Personnel in all things food and kitchens.
