Jack in the Box

Our latest Popup was a huge success. We sold out the restaurant at Jack’s Place, serving a fantastic 4 course set menu to the great and the good of London. A big thank you to Harald Joergens - who donated his time and expertise for free. As a result we have these wonderful photos documenting the night. The Mess Hall

Our two day pop-up, staged at our Trailer inside the Stoll Foundation, took the Army Mess Hall as inspiration for a 5 course street food tasting menu. Pulled pork with brioche, our signature Salt Beef Scotch Egg and of course Eton “Mess Tin” adorned the tables under our brand new canopy and delighted our customers long into the night.

Trailer Trash

The first Beef Kitchen pop-up took the explosion of American Street Food as its starting point; The Beef Kitchen served a 5 course tasting menu at The Trailer, giving it a unique twist. Lip-smacking Burgers, Buttermilk Chicken and Raspberry Jam Doughnuts were all served table-side by our finest Trailer Park waitress.
